Planning permission has been granted by Islington Council for a new building adjacent to Caledonian Road Underground station.

This project is for a new build house adjacent to The Bull public house in Highgate. The building makes use of a space that was previously the car park of the public house. The three-bedroom house wraps around an existing tree on the site to create a courtyard, which is open to the living space in the summer. A bio-diversity green roof to the building creates an attractive outlook for adjacent buildings. Two further green spaces are provided in addition to the courtyard garden.
